• Aviva Ironman 70.3 Singapore

  Last Sunday I participated in my very first triathlon. While it was only a team event for me as I was a competitor for my company, the experience has motivated me to the point where I am considering to do it solo in the future. It was a humbling experience watching all these people who worked so hard to complete this grueling competition. I met a lot of interesting people, including some kind co-competitors who asked if I was ok when I was dry-heaving on the side of the road at the AYE.

  The gorgeous medal and T-shirt I got, even though I didn't finish the race. I feel bad about owning it, but my team-mates insisted I get it.

  Although I did not manage to complete the race, but I am going to try again next year. In the meantime, I'm considering joining the OSIM Triathlon this year
